22 Jun

MacSaber 1.1 has been released, now with expanded 17″ PowerBook support and keyboard backlight effects. I invite you to take your very expensive laptop into a dark room and swing it around* for improved dramatic effect.

Download MacSaber 1.1.

*Don’t break your laptop, okay? If you do, don’t blame me.

    SWEET

    Just want to say to all the people that thinks his/her Mac is not compatible with this program….

    IT WORKS WITH ANY MAC WITH MOTION SENSOR!!

    Working on my iBook G4

    1.33Ghz
    1gb RAM
    32MB Video
    120HD

    It doesnt matters your tech specs, the only must is the Motion Sensor!

    Hello,
    Is the source code for MacSaber available? I’d love to port it to Windows;)

  3. Ian October 18, 2008 at 9:34 am #

    @Pavel,

    Yes, MacSaber is open source and several projects have already adapted it! However, I don’t think anyone has done a Windows version yet, so I would love to see what you can do with it:

    If you want to prevent the laptop from going to sleep when you put the lid down, download InsomniaX. Works great!
